Coaching and Curriculum Development

Developing a curriculum which reflects your school's identity and particular community context and which demonstrates 'quality of education' should be a challenging and exciting opportunity. In a primary school setting every teacher will have subject leadership of at least one subject alongside other focuses and responsibilities; the expectations of that subject leadership role, particularly in relation to Ofsted's EIF, are significant and can be overwhelming for those who have had little experience of curriculum development, implementation, evaluation and quality assurance, and improvement planning. Drawing on my extensive leadership and training experience, I can provide a range of coaching and curriculum development support which will have a positive impact on your school.
