Whole School Introduction to Subject Leadership

Headteachers and their senior leadership team are adept at providing training and support for subject leaders, but this can be challenging when across a staff team there is a range of experience, confidence and competence in the skills and attributes associated with curriculum development and improvement. I can lead a whole school refresher / introduction session or work with the senior team to co-present.

This would be useful as part of a day of curriculum development where the staff team go on to work together to refocus or redefine the school's over-arching mission statement and curriculum intent, followed up by opportunities for individualised coaching.
